Our New Year’s Eve menu brings chilli, citrus, herbs and plenty of umami.
Five courses are served for DKK 750 per person.
Choose the early seating at 17:00 or late seating at 20:00.
Each seating lasts two hours.

Menu
The 5 course menu:
The evening starts with betel leaf, smoked salmon and chilli jam.
Next comes tuna tartare with chilli, lime, pomelo and Thai basil. Alongside, we serve mango, coconut, coriander, mint and crispy onion. You also get our Tiger Lily flatbread with sardine chilli sambal.
The next course is rice noodles with ox cheeks, red curry jus and Thai basil.
Then come stir-fried prawns with sweet and sour, crispy eggplant, pineapple and coriander. We also serve our signature pork belly burnt ends with BBQ caramel and herb salad. Jasmine rice is served on the side.
We finish the evening with Vietnamese coffee tart and Ong-Tho ice cream
