Our menu draws from the vibrant cuisines of Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Korea and China, mixing them in unexpected and exciting ways. The menu is designed to be shared, ensuring a colourful and communal dining experience.
Lunch
Like the tiger lily, celebrated for its vibrant colours and bold presence, our dishes invite you to discover something new – a fusion of flavours that is both familiar and adventurous, offering a delicious surprise with every bite. Each lunch dish reflects the vibrant fusion of modern Asian flavours. Our main courses are carefully plated with a side, providing a satisfying and flavourful experience.
Brunch
Indulge in a feast where you can choose three main dishes from our a la carte menu and still have room to tackle our all-you-can-eat buffet. And yes, we've added fresh oysters and our cheeky Asian Bloody Mary to keep things interesting. There's also a selection of juices, sparkling wine, coffee and tea specialities, some from the buffet and some à la carte. The brunch offers an exciting mix of an international breakfast buffet and modern Asian flavours from the Tiger Lily restaurant.
